Q: How do I place an order?
A: Ordering is Simple.
Choose a Category from the left hand menu. Click on the picture of the item that you are interested in. Then click add to Cart.
You can now continue browsing by clicking "continue Shopping" or pay for your product by clicking "checkout"
From the Checkout page you will see a list of your shopping cart contents and a choice of delivery options (calculated by your location and the total weight of items in your cart) - choose the best option for you.
Choose your method of payment, then click continue.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Cheque, and Nochex at this moment in time
Q: What payment currencies do you accept?
A: We accept £ GBP only
Q: Do you accept International Money Orders?
A: Yes, but they must be in £ GBP (Great Britain Pounds Sterling). We do not accept any other currency.
Q: I want to pre-order one of your items, but there is no option to purchase, how do i reserve the item
A: Preorder items have an expected delivery date, and often this will slip. For this reason we will not accept payment for an item until we physically have it in stock or have a definate delivery date. Should you wish to reserve one of these items then please use the "contact us" link on the main page.
We will contact you when the item is in stock and hold on to it for 1 week to allow you to make a payment. After this time it will be placed back on the store for everybody else to purchase.
Q:
I WANT item X, BUT IT IS NOT IN STOCK?
A: Due to the limited nature of some of the collectables, some items will only be available for a short time. Should an item you seek be out of stock then please use the Contact Us link and let us know. We will certainly try to obtain more for you.
Q: I WAS LOOKING FOR item X, BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE IT.
